ABOUT

Traditional Italian cooking techniques are combined with seasonal ingredients from the Setouchi area to form a new culinary culture.

Architecture

The design utilizes natural materials that have been on a journey through time, and makes extensive use of curvaceous forms. The interior is designed to accommodate piano and violin concerts, and the private rooms on the second floor are reminiscent of the box seats of an opera house. The first floor is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace to create a relaxing space. The hotel is adjacent to the Auberge in the middle of the city.

Curvaceous beauty created using natural materials
When you enter the restaurant, you will find a 6-meter-high atrium extending from the ground floor. The sea and mountains of Setouchi are represented by the glass mosaic tile decoration. The design utilizes natural materials that have been on a journey through time and makes extensive use of curvaceous forms.
An interior reminiscent of opera house box seats
The interior is designed to accommodate piano and violin concerts, and the private rooms on the second floor are reminiscent of the box seats of an opera house.
Made with a focus on natural materials
The word "casa" is Italian for "house", and with a special focus on the use of wood, stone, and other natural materials, this space will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city in an instant.

The first floor is equipped with a wood-burning stove to create a relaxing space.
Chamber music concert with a full-course meal
Enjoy a chamber music concert featuring young musicians from the Setouchi area that includes a full-course meal held on the 25th of every month.

Seasonal ingredients carefully selected by our chef
The ingredients used for our delicate and luxurious cuisine are carefully selected by the chef, including "olive beef," seafood, vegetables, fruits, and other "seasonal" ingredients. Most of the ingredients are selected from products sent directly from the farm in Shodoshima Island, Kagawa Prefecture, which is the owner's hometown, to provide dishes that require a little extra effort.
